On 2nd and 3rd March, training was held in RSF by GEN Georgia.
20 women from KRDF and RSF attended the training and they increased their awareness in business.
The aim of the training was to introduce the importance and the main principles of business for women in Pankisi Gorge.
The training helped the participants to improve their skills in business management.
The target group was 20 women from 18 to 35 years old.
The duration of training was for 12 hours per day for two days. The learning modules were; presentation, discussion-debates, examining the cases, group-work and brainstorming.
The participants said that the training was very interesting and they are delighted with it.
They have gained very useful skills and became familiar, how to start and run their own business.
